What you share with us

Our enquiry form collects your name, email address, telephone number, project location, project type, requirements, timeline and the brief you enter. Location is optional. If you subsequently email photographs, drawings or a folder link, that material forms part of your project correspondence.

Please share only files you are authorised to provide. Remove identity documents, financial records, access codes and other personal or confidential details that are not needed to understand the project. You can begin with a written brief and discuss file sharing with us later.

How your enquiry is used

We use your information to understand the property and scope, respond to your questions, arrange discussions, prepare proposals and follow up on your enquiry. Form submissions are stored in our private operations dashboard, together with the assigned colleague, status, follow-up details and activity notes.

The form saves your enquiry before confirming success. An email notification is attempted separately; an email delivery failure does not remove the saved enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Our team and service providers

Enquiry records are available to authorised personnel through the private dashboard. We use website hosting, database and email services to store and process enquiries; Zoho ZeptoMail handles enquiry notification attempts. Photographs and drawings sent by email are handled in the email conversation. A Google Drive or OneDrive link is governed by the access permissions you set with that provider.

The website also includes Zoho SalesIQ for chat and visitor interaction. Using chat can provide Zoho and our team with the information you enter, along with browser, device and interaction information. Chat records are handled separately from the website enquiry form. Browser storage and project files

The enquiry form temporarily stores a submission identifier and a fingerprint of the form contents in your browser’s session storage to help prevent duplicate enquiries when you retry. It does not store a readable copy of your contact details there. This temporary entry is removed after a confirmed successful submission.

SalesIQ may use cookies or browser storage to support chat and recognise visits. You can manage cookies through your browser settings; restricting them may affect chat. You can also contact us directly by email or telephone.

For project folders, grant access specifically to revamp@wanderlustlifespaces.com rather than making the folder publicly accessible. You control the original folder’s access and can revoke it. Revoking a link does not remove copies already received by our team.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is retained for handling your request, related project correspondence and necessary business records. Closing an enquiry does not automatically delete its record. If you want to correct information, stop enquiry follow-ups, request a copy or ask for deletion, email us using the address below and include your enquiry reference if available.

Our team will review your request and may need to verify that it relates to you. We will explain if any information needs to be retained for an active project, a dispute or applicable record-keeping requirements.
