Complete transformation
The story
Rahta Villa had been used occasionally as a second home and was then left closed for almost two years. When the team first took charge, vegetation and wildlife had found their way inside. The work began with the ambition to make the home welcoming and useful again.
In Johri Gaon, in the Malsi area of Dehradun, Rahta Villa was reimagined as a luxury vacation home. Its planted courtyard, shared living room and covered terrace offer different places to spend time together.

The transformation
A neglected second home had remained unopened for nearly two years and required a comprehensive transformation.
Civil work, restructuring, interiors and furniture, fixtures and equipment changed the property into a luxury vacation home. The renewed spaces gave the building a new purpose and a more inviting setting for guests.
