The story

A sense of place.
A new perspective.

The Song Vista Retreat began as a raw building. ReVamp transformed it into a luxury vacation home, now fully managed by Wanderlust Lifespaces. Across three levels, private bedrooms and shared spaces create room for families and groups to settle into the valley.

In Maldevta, Dehradun, the home is surrounded by farmlands, forested hills and the Song River Valley. The terrace and multiple lounges make the most of the mountain and valley setting.

The transformation

From the starting point
to the finished home.

The starting point

Seeing the potential.

A raw building needed to become a complete vacation home, with the comfort, character and shared spaces required for hospitality use.

The finished project

Bringing it to life.

The transformation brought the building into use as a luxury retreat, joining accommodation, lounges and places to gather into a complete guest experience. Wanderlust’s ongoing management connects the completed home with its day-to-day operation.
